Visitors explored the history of the Urchfont Scarecrow Festival and discover its journey from some of the original organisers.

To commemorate the 2024 25th festival, a special sub-committee was formed to organise a museum tent. This treasure trove of nostalgia was located at our Bowdens campus and was a must-visit for anyone looking to time-travel through the festival's history.
FREE SCARECROW MAKING
FOR CHILDREN
As a special treat for the little ones, we hosted a free Create Your Own Scarecrow event every day. The crafting tables were be manned by volunteers who were there to help the children create a small scarecrow from lollipop sticks.
